CO2 referigeration units

Booster design is ideal for supermarkets. The solution is derived from several years of experience and from practical results from more than 400 systems of this type installed and already in operation. Several standard versions available e.g. Huurre ECO Mini, Midi and Maxi series.

Below mentioned features are depending on the type of Huurre ECO Unit:

Efficiency

  • High efficiency compressors
  • Regenerative heat exchanger for evaporation of liquid produced by flash vapor expansion assuring a liquid-free operation of compressors
  • Inverter drive for MT and LT compressor as an option
  • Efficient heat recovery alternatives
  • Remote energy optimisation via Huurre iTOP

Robustness

  • Bolted aluminium frame
  • Stainless steel AISI304L -TIG welding – piping high pressure side, for a clean circuit
  • 100% test at design pressure for 24 hours
  • Low vibration level due to flexible connections

Easy service

  • Necessary regulating valves can be individually isolated from the circuit
  • Large size liquid receiver designed to contain all the refrigerant charge of the system
  • Complete automation of the refrigeration unit, all alarms can be connected to Huurre iTOP monitoring system
  • Standard 60-bar receiver design allows for even longer stand-still periods caused by electrical supply failures

Functional Safety

  • Main electronic high pressure regulating valve can be supplied with optional mechanical valve in parallel
  • Main electronic intermediate pressure regulating valve can be supplied with optional mechanical valve in parallel
  • In solutions with Enjector, risk for liquid in compressor suction line is minimized
  • Oil level control for each compressor
  • High pressure switch for each compressor
  • General high/low pressure switch & liquid receiver high pressure switch
  • Oil degassing vessel for low pressure distribution of the oil, for a better lubrication
  • Filters available on oil distribution line
  • All critical components can be individually isolated – unit can be operated safely and continuously for most of the service operations that might be required during the operational life time of the system
